What is a Content Administrator?

A Content Administrator has access to content setup actions of the Smart Onboarding system.  You can have any number of Content Administrators.

Content Administrator Responsibilities
  • Make content additions and changes such as Text Catalogs, Mixed Content, Images etc.
  • Does not typically work with New Hires but does work with Business Users to gather requirements for the onboarding system.

What actions can a Content Administrator perform?

This table shows the various menus and actions that can be accessed by a Content Administrator.  Click the links provided for details on each Menu category or item.

Note: A Content manager does not have access to the New Hire process including Invitations and Invitation Console.
