Smart Onboarding users can change their e-PIN information using the Manage e-PIN option. 

Who can access Manage e-PIN?

Smart Onboarding users with all role types can access Manage e-PIN.

How do you access Manage e-PIN?

Click the Menu icon. Click Manage e-PIN under My Account.




How to change your e-PIN?

When you click on Manage e-PIN, the change e-PIN page is presented. Click Edit.




Enter New e-PIN, then re-enter Confirm e-PIN and click Update.




Next time, when you want to change e-PIN, then you may also have to enter current e-PIN. Click Edit.




Enter your Current e-PIN, your New e-PIN, then re-enter your new e-PIN to Confirm e-PIN.  The new e-PIN must conform to the e-PIN rules. 




If the current e-PIN is entered wrong, a warning message appears as given below. Click Close and re-enter your correct e-PIN.




If the new e-PIN is same as the current e-PIN, below message displays asking you to enter a valid e-PIN. Click Close and re-enter a valid e-PIN.




If the value entered in "Confirm e-PIN" doesn't match, the error message displays as below.




After entering a valid new e-PIN, click Update.  




You will receive an email confirming the e-PIN change.
