Which activities can you restart from E-Verify?
Depending on the product, the activities that you can restart from E-Verify differ. From Smart Onboarding E-Verify, you can restart Electronic Biographic Information (EBI), Form I-9 Section 1 and Section 2 or 3 activities, whereas from Smart I-9 E-Verify only Form I-9 Section 1 and Section 2 or 3 can be restarted. Smart I-9 product has no Employee Biographic Information in its New Hire's process. Hence, only Form I-9 Section 1 and Section 2 or 3 are available in restart activities.
How do you restart the activities?
When the restart action is performed, you will be navigated to the Restart Activities page.
