A New Hire is someone who has accepted an offer of employment but has not yet completed their onboarding process.

The New Hire's onboarding process consists of the following:

  • Receiving an invitation email from the Recruiter or HR Specialist.
  • Completing self registration to set up a User ID and Password for system access.
  • Completing onboarding activities.
  • Submitting onboarding information to Human Resources for review and processing.

Below is the homepage for New Hires. The content can be changed by a System Administrator or Process Administrator usingĀ Organization Homepage Configuration.
