Why is Review Content important?

You can see how many of each content categories that you have in the system. Beyond that, it allows you to be able to view the details of the content like the additions or modifications to the content. It is a good way to figure out if you want to make a Content Revision.

How do you access Review Content Revision?

Click the Menu icon on the top left corner of the page.

Under Revisions, Click Review Content Revision.

How do you see the content details?

When the link is clicked to review the content revision, the page displays as below. It includes content category, count and the link to view the content details.

Example 1 - Notification Templates: Click on "View" for the notification templates.




Click on search to view the entire list of notification templates or use search filter by entering the details to find a specific one. The content ID and description show as below. Click on any of these links.

You can see what is inside of this particular notification template. The page displays the latest revision content of the notification template with revision selected in the revision life cycle.

The revision life cycle displays all the content revisions in sequence with their effective dates, that are used for modifying the notification template. To view the details of old revisions, click on their revision numbers.

If you wish to modify the content of this notification template, you can do that by using a new or existing content revision.

Example 2 - Smart Forms: Let us take another example of viewing Smart Forms. Click on View for the Smart Forms.




Click "Search" to see the entire list of Smart Forms. Select any one Form ID.




This presents the latest content of the Smart Form in read only mode with revision life cycle displayed on the left.




The life cycle shows the series of revisions with effective dates for that particular Smart Form. By clicking on the revision number, you can navigate and view old revision's content.








Example 3 - Smart Checklist: To view the content details, click on "View" for Smart Checklists.




Enter checklist ID and click Search or simply click Search to see the entire list. Select any Checklist ID or description.




This opens the latest content of the checklist in read only mode with revision life cycle displayed on the left.




You can access the content details of the old revisions of the checklist by clicking on their revision numbers.




Follow the same method as above to view the details of other content types.
