All Smart Onboarding users can provide their feedback on Smart Onboarding application or process through this option. When feedback is submitted an email notification will be sent to Smart ERP with the feedback details.

All Organizations will have the feedback feature enabled by default. Only the System Administrators have an option in the setup page if required to disable this feature in their Organization. . 

How to enable/disable the Feedback option?

System Administrators can enable/disable Feedback option from their Organization Management setup.





In the Organization Management page, the Enable Feedback dropdown shows "Enable" and "Disable" options. By default the Feedback will be enabled. 




Example when Feedback is enabled:




If you wish to disable Feedback, select "Disable" option in the dropdown and save. This will remove Feedback on all the pages in the Organization.

Who has access to Feedback?

All Smart Onboarding users including New Hires can access the Feedback option. 

How to access Feedback?

Feedback is available to users as a button on the right scroll bar of the page.

Enter the fields that are mandatory and attach file(files) if necessary. Click Submit.

Who can view Feedback? 

All Administrative Users and Business Users have a link in their left navigation to view Feedback.

How to view Feedback?

Click on the menu icon and scroll down to "Feedback". Click "View Feedback".

Use search fields to search for a particular Feedback or simply click on "Search" to view the complete list.




You will see the complete Feedback list with details. Click on any Feedback ID / Date / Description.




This will open the details as below.
