Invitation Insight shows the following metrics related to New Hire (Candidate) invitations and their onboarding process:
Users with the following roles can access the Invitation Insight:
Smart Onboarding product: System Administrator, HR Specialist, Recruiter
Smart I-9 E-Verify product: System Administrator, I-9 Specialist
Click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page, then select "Invitation Insight" under the Invitations section in the navigation menu.

Hovering over any segment in any graph will display the associated sub-category name and the total number of New Hires/Invitations in that sub-category.
Clicking on the segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment.
The page will include an "Export to Excel" button if the logged-in user's role has been granted data export capability. If a user holds multiple roles, access to the data export functionality in Invitation Insight remains available as long as at least one of the following roles possesses such capabilities: System Administrator, HR Specialist, or Recruiter for the Smart Onboarding product; System Administrator or I-9 Specialist for the Smart I-9 product.
By clicking "Export to excel" button, user can download the data as an Excel file to the local computer.

To view invitation details of any specific invitation, click on its corresponding Invitation ID link.

This will display the summary page for the corresponding invitation. Again, click on the Invitation ID link on the summary page to view its invitation details.

Information on the invitation can be changed if the invitation status allows. Hovering and clicking are available on any of the segments of any of the graphs.
