This option allows System Administrators view user details in their organization. 

How do you access user Directory?

Click on the Elastic Search icon. Select Directory as the Category and enter the keyword. In this case, we have entered an email id as the keyword. Click Search button.

The search results show as below. To see the user details click on the user name link.

This displays the basic information of the user, phone number and the email id.

If you want to narrow down the search results, apply search filters.

What actions can you perform through Directory?

No actions are allowed through Elastic Search user Directory. If the System Administartor has to modify the user settings, they need to search through "Contact Search" category.
