In order to use the Smart Onboarding system, all users must agree to Smart ERP's Electronic Disclosure for System Use. When you log into the system initially, you must E-sign the Electronic Disclosure form. Until this is done, you cannot use any of the Smart Onboarding features.

Smart ERP requires that you read, understand, and acknowledge the terms and conditions of system use.
User onboarding consists of 2 activities:

The user may encounter additional verification steps (Challenge questions, two factor or e-Pin verification) in case the fields are enabled in Authentication Preferences.
To complete the Electronic Disclosure, check the acknowledge checkbox and click the Electronically Acknowledged button.
