What is Organization Insight?

My Company/Organization Insight shows the following metrics related to your organization. This includes:

• Invitation Status
• Number of the types of Business Users and Administrative Users
• Pending Tasks
• Number of Content and internal data
• Number of the specific attributes

Who can access Organization Insight?

System Administrators are the only users who have access to Organization Insight.

How do you access Organization Insight?

Click on the Menu icon and then scroll down to Reports/Dashboards. Then click "Organization Insight".

Another way is via quick links "My Company".

What does Organization Insight consists of?

Organization Insight consists of the following segments: graphs, content metrics chart and attributes chart.

In the graphs segment, you can see different types of Invitation Status, Business Users and Administrative Users, and the Pending Tasks.

By hovering over any of the segments of the pie charts, you can find the count in each category.

Graphs

Clicking on a segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment.

Click on a Invitation ID.

Clicking on a Candidate ID presents the Candidate Summary page for the associated New Hire.

Clicking on Candidate ID again directs you to the invitation.

Information on the invitation can be changed if the invitation status allows.

Hovering and clicking are available on any of the segments of any of the graphs.

Content Metrics Chart

The Content Metrics chart shows counts for each type of content in the system.

Click on any of the type to see the list of all content related to that type.

For instance, clicking on the "Notification Templates" link displays a popup with the list of all Notification Templates present in the system.

If you click on a specific content, it presents the details of that content in view only mode. For example, clicking on any Notification Template opens its content.

Details of the Notification Template is displayed as below.

Similarly, you can also see the details of the process related data by clicking on their links. For instance, clicking on the "Process States" link displays a popup with the list of all Process States present in the system.

Click on any specific Process State to see its details.

Attributes Chart

The Attributes chart shows counts for each attribute in the system.

Clicking on an attribute presents a popup with the details related to that attribute.  Clicking Business Unit presents all Business Units in the system.

Clicking on a Business Unit presents the details of that Business Unit in view only mode.
