What is Organization Onboarding?

The initial System Administrator must complete Organization Onboarding to activate the organization. This one-time process must be carried out by the initial System Administrator to make the organization active for use. This process does not apply to other system users.

How do you access the Organization Onboarding process?

Organization Onboarding occurs immediately after the Initial System Administrator User Onboarding.  There are 2 ways to access and complete the Organization Onboarding process.

1. Click the "Continue to Organization Onboarding" button which is presented during the initial System Administrator's User Onboarding process.

2. Click the "Continue Onboarding" button on the homepage after you login. This will be presented on the System Administrator's homepage only if the Organization Onboarding has not been completed

What are the activities for Organization Onboarding?

Smart Onboarding terms and conditions may change; regardless, the initial System Administrator must agree to the terms and follow the process to completion. Currently there are 2 activities, but there may be more in the future.

Once the electronic acknowledgement has been completed, the system presents the Next Steps page.  Read the information, then click "Continue".

This completes the Organization Onboarding.

Click "I Acknowledge" and complete the process.

After completion, it may take a few minutes for the organization to be activated and for you to access Smart Onboarding features. To access the system, you will need to log out and then log back in.

What happens if you log in after completing Organization Onboarding but prior to the organization becoming active?

Activation of your organization may take several minutes to complete.  If you log in during this time your homepage presents the message below.  

Please be patient.  An email will be sent to you when your organization is activated.  If you like, you can stay on your login page and click the Home icon after several minutes.
