What is User Onboarding?

In order to use the Smart Onboarding system, all users must agree to Smart ERP's Electronic Disclosure for System Use.  When you log into the system initially, you must E-sign the Electronic Disclosure form.  Until this is done, you cannot use any of the Smart Onboarding features.

How do you access User Onboarding?

When you log into the system the first time, the welcome page displays as below. Click the Get Started button.  

Note: The user may encounter additional verification steps (Challenge questions & two factor authentication) before welcome.

The Electronic Disclosure for System Use page is presented.

What do you need to do to complete User Onboarding?

Smart ERP requires that you read, understand, and acknowledge the terms and conditions of system use.  

What are the activities of User Onboarding? 

User onboarding consists of 2 activities:

Electronic Disclosure
  • Check the acknowledge checkbox and click the Electronically Acknowledged button.
Complete User Onboarding
  • Click on Log Out button


To complete the Electronic Disclosure, check the acknowledge checkbox and click the Electronically Acknowledged button.

Your User Onboarding is complete.  You must Log Out and log in again to begin using the system.

The user will receive the following email after completing the User Onboarding.




What happens after User Onboarding?

There are 2 things that can happen after User Onboarding:
