Notification Preferences allow users to specify if they do not want to receive certain emails that comes with the Smart Onboarding product.

The system is delivered with the list of notifications as default. If the users do not want to receive any of the default notifications or change the option to receive notifications in the digest email,  they can customize the notifications using Notification Preferences. 

Who can access Notification Preferences? 

All Administrative Users and Business Users can access Notification Preferences.

How do you access Notification Preferences?

Click the Menu icon and navigate to Alerts/Notifications. Click Notification Preferences.

How do you change Notification Preferences?

To disable receiving the notification as default, click the check box under Disable Emails. 

To change the option to receive the notification in your digest email, disable notification and click the check box under Digest.
