Sometimes the State of cases gets out of sync, between the DHS E-Verify system and the Smart E-Verify system. This can be due to many causes, such as unavailability of the DHS system. You can use this utility to get the cases back in sync.
Navigate to the Smart E-Verify Case Reverification Process by clicking Smart E-Verify Configurator, and then clicking Smart I-9 DHS State Sync Prcs.
- Navigate to State Sync Process
- Select I-9 IDs
Select the I-9 IDs that you want to process. Then click Run Batch Process.
- Batch Process Runs
The batch process runs in the background. If you like, you can click Process Monitor to follow the status of the processing.
Click OK.
- I-9 ID State Has Been Updated
