Change your Questions and Answers as required. Enter hints related to your answers and click "Update".

Make sure the hints are not the same as answers. Otherwise, the system displays error message as given below.

To modify an existing question, click on the dropdown and select a new one.

In case you want to add a new question to this setup, click on "Add a new question" option provided at the bottom of the page.

This will add a new question to the setup. Modify the question as per your choice, setup an answer and the hint. After you are done with the changes, click "Update".

Entering the hints is optional. If you don't want the hints to be displayed in the Challenge Question login setup, simply remove the values entered in them.

After the update, you will receive the following email confirming the changes to your challenge questions.

When you have the Challenge Questions enabled in the Authentication Preferences, you will be asked to enter them each time you login into the system.

Unless you answer them correct, you will not be allowed to login into the system. You can click on "Show" and refer to the hints to answer them correctly.
