DHS Case Alerts
This page allows users to monitor their E-Verify case status details and gain case insights from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The inclusion of search fields on the page simplifies the sorting of cases, allowing users to quickly identify and monitor a specific case. The case details in the search filter are retrieved from the DHS using the user's DHS Web Service account associated with the chosen legal entity (Company/Business unit) in the search filter. In cases where multiple legal entities (Companies or Business Units) share the same Web Service account, E-Verify cases from all those entities will be displayed.

How do you search E-Verify cases?
Enter the Company/Business Unit name/ID or select by clicking on the lookup icon.
The legal entities (Companies/Business Units) configured in the organization's DHS client setup are displayed in the lookup. Select any Company/Business Unit name or ID from the desired lookup list.
The selected value will populate on the page as shown below. Also, the case details for the Web Service account associated with the chosen legal entity (Company/Business Unit) will be displayed below the search field.
Use the search function to refine your case results. If filtering by date, input the starting and ending dates. For case status, choose an option in the "Filter By" drop down menu. Additionally, you can search using a document number, New Hire's First Name, or Last Name. Combining two search options allows you to retrieve case details based on both criteria.
In this scenario, the filters "Date From" & "Date To" and "Filter By" option are used for searching the cases.
