This is specifically orchestrated for the business processes that have less number of activities. The template has top navigation style instead of showing activities as Menu links in the left. This template is designed in such a way that it provides fast and easy access to the activities within the process.

How does the top-lite template look like?

Top-lite template has the following sections.

  • A dropdown with list of activities
  • Next/Previous links with arrows
  • Progress bar showing the percentage of activities completed
  • Process Viewer
Top-Lite Template

facilitistead of showing in the left in the  left navon the top instead of all the navigation items arranged at the top instead of menu items arranged at the top inshows activities in the top progress bar instead of showing them in the left navigation.

There are some processes where number of activities within the process are minimal or want to have certain data capture happen in a do-modal style from another application. This process launcher facilitates such use cases

Current BPM Launcher uses a template that shows Left Nav Steps/activities and then it also has other elements to support Upload attachments /Collaboration etc. We need to come up with a different style of launcher that shows the same activities in "Prev/Next" style without full build out of the left nav, avatar, additional transaction details below avatar, and progress bar.

The new template should still show the following

  • Progress bar at the top
  • GoTo link that shows all activities that can be immediately jumped to rather than prev/next button invocation
  • Ability to collaborate , view, upload attachments buttons shown in the "..." style somewhere on the top right

VMS has a specific use case where within Submittals, we want to use as part of the Candidate Selection process, some data to be collected in this manner without giving them the feel of the bulky process orchestration. We need to get a ETA on this requirement.
