The HR Specialist will receive an email regarding the completion of the New Hire's prescreening information.

After Once the New Hire has completed completes the first initial part of their onboarding process, the HR Specialist will see the activities that are available for them to perform for the New Hire when they click access the My Tasks console in their menu.Click My Tasks.

The activities that show up here in My Tasks depend on the selections that were made on the New Hire's invitation.

There can be more than one available activity for the same New Hire.  In this case these can be done on the same page, one after the other, without needing to go back to the My Tasks console.

Click on Background Check Processing for Gina Hochon the activity name to access it within the process.

The New Hire's onboarding process is shown.  You can see that in this example 13 activities have already been completed by the New Hire.After you have performed the actions in the text, click SaveRead the instructions and complete the task by clicking the "Save" button.

PreScreen Audit



Pre-Screen Audit is the final Prescreen activity.  After After completion, an email is will be sent to the New Hire notifying them that the HR review is complete and that they can resume their onboarding process.
