Prescreen Activities
Prescreen Activities include actions related to Background Check Processing, Medical Screening Processing, and Drug Test Processing.
How do I complete the Prescreen Activities?
The HR Specialist will receive an email regarding the completion of the New Hire's prescreening information.

Once the New Hire completes the initial part of their onboarding process, the HR Specialist will see the activities available for them to perform for the New Hire when they access the My Tasks console in their menu.

The activities that show up in My Tasks depend on the selections that were made on the New Hire's invitation.
There can be more than one available activity for the same New Hire. In this case these can be done on the same page, one after the other, without needing to go back to the My Tasks console.
Click on the activity name to access it within the process.

The New Hire's onboarding process is shown. Read the instructions and complete the task by clicking the "Save" button.
Background Check Processing |

In this activity, check the acknowledge box, then click "Electronically Acknowledged". Similarly complete other pre-screen activities.
Medical Screening Processing |

After you have performed the actions in the text, check the acknowledge box, then click Electronically Acknowledged.

After completion, an email will be sent to the New Hire notifying them that the HR review is complete and that they can resume their onboarding process.
