Smart Onboarding also accommodates candidates supports New Hires who have applied for their a Social security Security Number. In In the Biographic Information section, these candidates have the option to select they can select the "Applied for SSN" option and proceed continue with their the onboarding process. After receiving the their SSN, candidates should update this information they must update it with their employer by initiating a self-service SSN update process. How to complete onboarding process with Applied for SSN?
If the New Hire has applied for an SSN, they should complete Biographic Information with select the "Applied for SSN" option selected.A sample is given when completing the Biographic Information. See the sample below:
