Smart Onboarding is a way to quickly and easily configure and deliver all activities needed to be completed when a new person is hired for an organization.software solution that directs new hires to an online pre-boarding and onboarding process that allows them to enter employee information, payroll, compliance requirements, organization information such as policies, benefits, regulation-specific requirements, as well as any other tasks or content which you wish to present.  The software is highly configurable, allowing the solution to accommodate the specific onboarding needs of your organization.

  • Invite new hires to do their onboarding, which sends an email to the new hire
  • The new hire creates an account in Smart Onboarding and proceeds through a set of online activities that allows your organization to set them up in your Human Resources and Payroll systemsystems
  • Business users optionally participate in background checking, I-9/E-Verify and HR system review activities
  • New hire is on board
  • Post-hire activities
