When there are too many cases in the system, you can use search filter options to quickly find a specific case. Next to the field, you can change the search option by clicking on the dropdown option and/or enter text in the search string.

Company
  • Filter by Company. A lookup icon is provided to search through the Company names/IDs
  • This field is mandatory.

Date From
  • Filters DHS cases by date
  • When date is selected, it displays all cases submitted to E-Verify from that date

  • Filters DHS cases by date
  • When date is selected, it displays all cases submitted to E-Verify till that date

  • Filters by the case status
  • Selecting one of the options from the dropdown will show you the case details for that case status
