How do you access the Invitation Insight page?
The Invitation Insight can be accessed via the Menu icon. The Menu icon can be found in the upper Click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.Click the Menu icon and select , then select "Invitation Insight" under the Invitations section in the navigation menu.

What can you do on the Invitation Insight Page?

Hovering over any segment in any graph shows will display the associated sub-category name and the total number of New Hires/Invitations in that sub-category.

Clicking on a the segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment.

Click on a Invitation ID.

It presents a summary report for that invitation.

Clicking on Invitation ID again directs you to the invitation.

The page will include an "Export to Excel" button if the logged-in user's role has been granted data export capability. If a user holds multiple roles, access to the data export functionality in Invitation Insight remains available as long as at least one of the following roles possesses such capabilities: System Administrator, HR Specialist, or Recruiter for the Smart Onboarding product; System Administrator or I-9 Specialist for the Smart I-9 product.
By clicking "Export to excel" button, user can download the data as an Excel file to the local computer.

To view invitation details of any specific invitation, click on its corresponding Invitation ID link.

This will display the summary page for the corresponding invitation. Again, click on the Invitation ID link on the summary page to view its invitation details.

Information on the invitation can be changed if the invitation status allows.
