Help Desk Console
Click the menu icon and then the menu icon in the top left corner of the page and select "Help Desk Console" under Consoles or click under the Consoles section, or click the "Help Desk Console" link on the Quick links bar. in the Quick Links bar below the homepage image.

Select an invitation with a status of Launched, In Progress, or Completed, then click the "Info and Actions" link for the selected invitation. The invitation must be launched/in progress/completed status.

Click "OK" on the confirmation message.

A confirmation message confirms will appear, indicating that the password reset link has been successfully emailed to the user.

The Reset Password page shows as below. Enter New Password, Confirm Password and click on the "Reset Password" button.
