Smart I-9 E-Verify product: System Administrator, I-9 Specialist
How do you access the Invitation Insight page?
Click the menu icon and in the top left corner of the page, then select "Invitation Insight" under the Invitations section in the navigation menu.

Clicking on the segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment.
The page will include a an "Export to Excel" button if the logged-in user's role role has been granted data export capability. In situations where If a user holds multiple roles, access to the data export functionality remains available in the Invitation Insight , if remains available as long as at least one of the following roles possesses such capabilities: System Administrator, HR Specialist, or Recruiter for the Smart Onboarding product; System Administrator or I-9 Specialist roles for the Smart I-9 product.
By clicking on this "Export to excel" button, the user can download the data as an excel Excel file to the local computer.

To view invitation details of any specific invitation, click on its corresponding Invitation ID link.

This will display the summary page for the corresponding invitation. Again, click on the Invitation ID link on the summary page to view the its invitation details.

Information on the invitation can be changed if the invitation status allows. Hovering and clicking are available on any of the segments of any of the graphs.
