What are Pre-Screening Activities?
The New Hire's onboarding process consists of activities and groups of activities (called steps). In the Pre-Screening step, the New Hire enters information about themselves, including disclosures and required forms that the company selected or made.Refer to New Hire Onboarding Activities for more informationactivities in New Hire onboarding include forms that require New Hires to provide personal information, complete disclosures, and fill out any required forms chosen by the company.

How do you complete the Pre-Screening Activities?
This Pre-Screening activities can be done completed in any order that has if there is a clock beside it, but the locked activities typically need the activity before it icon next to them. However, locked activities usually require the preceding activity to be completed before moving to that activity. they can be accessed. The "Submit Pre-Screen Information needs all of the ones above to " activity will only unlock once all pre-screen activities have been completed before it unlocks.
By going through everything under the After finishing all Pre-Screening Activities, and submitting the Pre-Screen activities, you can submit the information for review to the HR Specialist , you can move on to the New Hire Formsby completing the "Submit Pre-Screen Information" activity.

By default the page displays the present address (populated from the "Employee Information" activity) and the "United States" as the country code in the previous residential address Country fieldsection.
Based on the Country selected in the drop-down, the address field format displaying on the page will vary.
This activity can be saved with/without entering the previous residential address.

When From Date and To Date are entered and other entered, the address fields must be entered. If the address fields are left blank, the following error message displays on the page.

If you want to add an additional previous additional previous residential address, you can add a new row in this by clicking on "Add Prior Address".

When saving the activity, do not keep ensure that the newly added prior address fields are not left blank. Either you enter the required data in the new row or delete the blank row before saving.
If the fields are left blank in the new address row and the form is saved, then it will display , upon saving the activity, the following error message on the pagewill be displayed.
Also, make sure there is no overlap in the range of dates entered in the address fields. Otherwise, the page displays the following error message.

Likewise, you can add Add as many residential addresses rows as you want necessary and save the activity.
If you live, work, or provide services for the Company in California, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, or Washington and need a free copy of your background check report, then check the checkbox that is highlighted below and save.
Once the activity is saved, the form will be editable until until the "Submit Pre-Screen Information" activity is completed.
