The page allows users to monitor E-Verify case status details and case insights directly from DHS. The search makes it easy to filter through the cases in your system and quickly find a specific case you want to monitor.

The DHS Case Alerts page contains the search filter and the case results.
When there are too many cases in the system, you can use search filter options to Using search filter option, you can quickly find a specific case. Next to the field, you can change the search option by clicking on the dropdown and/or enter text in the search string.

Click on the Company lookup icon.
Select any Company name or ID from the desired lookup list. The companies that have DHS client setup and 'authorized lookup security' assigned to the logged in user are displayed in the lookup.

You will see the case status details from DHS as shown below.
Click next to the search field and enter search option. If you want to filter by date, enter from and to dates. If you want to search by case status, select an option for Filter By.

You can also enter two search options and get the case details combining both search results. In this scenario, we are searching for closed cases between 07/01/2019 and 10/01/2019.
Search on Social Security Number if you want to check for any duplicates.
