To modify the delivered homepage content, click the gear icon on in the top-left top corner of the corresponding section.

Here, the regular login home page of TA is taken as an example for modifying the content.

Home Page Configuration



Click on Select the "Edit Content" option.




An "Add/Edit Content" box will be displayed. Select the "Driven by Category" field.

After entering the content fields, click on "OK".

Scroll down on the Home Page Configuration page and saveclick "Save". As configured, the changes will reflect in TA's on the home page.

Use Column as Container
  • Decides whether to display the column or image/text
Driven by Category
  • Select "Yes" or "No" based on whether the content is driven by the category.

  • If "Yes" is selected, options will appear for entering the Category ID.

  • If "No" is selected, proceed by choosing the content type and providing the content details.

Renderer
  • Ability to change the behavior for some Category Types
Content Preview
  • Ability to view the image or text you are adding that is non-category driven
Width (in %)
  • The % of the row that the content should take up
  • If nothing is entered the system will assign a number.
  • If there is only one content for the row the width defaults to 100%
Background Color
  • Add any color to the background of a column using the color picker or by entering a hex color code
Font Color
  • Edit the color of the text
Padding Top
  • Adds space above the content
Padding Right
  • Adds space on the right of the content
Padding Bottom
  • Adds space below the content
Padding Left
  • Adds space on the left of the content

Click the gear icon on the left top corner of the section where the content needs to be added/modified.




Click on the "Edit Content" option.

The added/edited content shows on the configuration pagepreview. Scroll down the page and save configuration.

What is Category vs. Non-Category Content?

How do you add Category Content?

On the Attribute Revision page, select the desired Attribute.  Select any node value under the attribute.If  If there is a Home icon, the Attribute is available for Homepage category content. Click on the Home icon of the root node.

This will display a list of all Attachments. Select the content attachments. Note: To have attachments appear in this list, they must be added through a Content Revision.

Select the attachment that you would like to add.

Similarly, you can select another Category and add different types of content. Add as much content as you need. Save the added content and , save the changes and then apply the revision. (For more information on how to create content and revisions, click here.)

The added content will be displayed on the Homepage for users with the proper role type and attribute setup. Configure

In this example, the added content is configured to display on the Homepage for the New Hire role type. The above added content will be visible for candidates of Eastern Western US Business Unit.

There are 3 types of homepages available to modify--: System Administrator, all other Users and New Hires--so if you modify the page, all of the members of those 3 Role Types will see the content.  For . Any changes made to these pages will be visible to members of these three role types. For more details, see the Organization Homepage Configuration document.As with Category Types, you need to add the content via a Content Revision before adding it to the Homepage.
