The page allows users to monitor E-Verify case status details and case insights directly from DHS. The search makes it easy to filter through the cases in your system and quickly find a specific case you want to monitor.
Who can access the DHS Case Alerts?
Only the E-Verify Specialists are able to access DHS Case Alerts.
How do you access DHS Case Alerts?
Click the Menu icon and select DHS Case Alerts under Alerts/Notifications.
What are the contents of DHS Case Alerts page?
The DHS Case Alerts page contains the search filter and the case results.
When there are too many cases in the system, you can use search filter options to quickly find a specific case. Next to the field, you can change the search option by clicking on the dropdown and/or enter text in the search string.
