This is the second step in creating an assessment questionnaire after the group is registered. This option allows you to add survey questions to the groups you've already set up. Once you've finished adding the questions, include the group in the questionnaire section to complete the survey creation process.

How to access the Questionnaire Group?

Click the menu icon at the top left corner of the page, then select the "Questionnaire Group" option under the "Assessment Questionnaire" section in the navigation menu.




On the Questionnaire Group Setup page, click "Search" to see the list of all groups. You can also search for a particular group by selecting any of the group details (Group ID, Group Name or Group Description) in "Search by" field and entering details in the text box next to "begins with".




How do you add questions to the groups?

The search page shows all the groups that are already set up. Select any group from the list.




This opens the group questionnaire page.




Enter the fields as shown below. Click "Add Question" to add more questions under this group.




Once finished adding the questions, click "Save".




Click on the up and down arrows next to questions if you want to switch the order of questions and save again.
