The primary responsibility of the Help Desk Analyst for the Smart Onboarding product and the I-9 Help Desk for the Smart I-9 E-Verify product is to assist new hires in resolving account login issues. This involves tasks such as re-sending login emails, resetting passwords/e-PINs, and managing account lock or unlock requests.

An individual with Help Desk Analyst/I-9 Help Desk role can also be selected to be the support contact whose information is included in emails.
