Prescreen Activities include actions under Background Check Processing and Background Check Results.

How do I complete the Prescreen Activities?

  • In My Tasks, after the new hire has completed the first part of their Onboarding process, the HR Admin will receive the task of Background Check Processing
  • Click on Background Check Processing
  • Note: there can be more than one activity for the same person, but these are usually done on the same screen, one after the other without needing to go back to My Tasks

  • Click on Save
  • Note: You can see that 7 activities have already been completed by the new hire
  • Note: The locks indicate dependency on the current activity–you must click on Save before continuing to the next activity
