What is Smart Onboarding?
Smart OnBoarding is a way to quickly and easily configure and deliver all activities needed to be completed when a new person is hired for an Organization.

- Tailor the system for your organization with system configuration
- Invite new hires to do their onboarding, which sends an email
- The new hire creates an account in Smart Onboarding and proceeds through a set of online activities that allows your organization to set them up in your Human Resources and Payroll system
- Business users participate in background checking, I-9/E-Verify and HR system review activities
- New hire is on board
- Post-hire activities
