In a process revision, when changes are made that affect the business process directly, such as adding an activity, the security for the new content must be set up. If this is required, a message will be shown when attempting to apply the revision.
In most cases, the process that is shown below will be sufficient to accomplish the security setup.
Click on Edit in the Manage Content Security section.
