The Alerts/Notifications received by the user are stored in Inbox. Only System users (System Administrators and Business Users) will have a choice to decide what type of notifications they want to receive. If they don't want to see all the system defined notifications they can disable the unwanted notifications in the Notification Preferences.

Who can access Inbox?

All Smart Onboarding Users including New Hires can access Inbox.

How do you access Inbox?

Click the Menu icon and navigate to Alerts/Notifications. Select Inbox.

What are Inbox contents?

Notifications

The list of notifications in the Inbox are shown as below. Clicking on the link under 'Subject' will show the contents of the notification..

Click on 'Alerts' next to the bell icon.

The page will show all alerts sent by the system.
