New Hires are provided with certain self service actions in case if they have to perform corrections/updates to their I-9 information presented in previous completed Form I-9. When the self-service process is initiated, an additional invitation is launched against New Hire's registered business process which will allow them to correct/update the previous I-9 information.
Note: It is very important to note that these processes can be initiated if all the processes associated with the I-9 are all in Process Completed status.
How to access Self Service actions?
New Hires can access Self Service actions through Menu links available in the left navigation when they log into their onboarding account.
Click the Menu icon and navigate to Actions. Click on any one of the four processes under Actions.

For a terminated I-9, the following error message will be displayed when you initiate self service process.
What is the purpose of self service actions?
