How do you access I-9 Insight?
Click the Menu icon and then scroll down to Reports/Dashboards. Click I-9 Insight.

Clicking on a segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment.

This presents an I-9 Summary page associated to that I-9.

Clicking on the I-9 ID again takes you to the activity that is pending.

The I-9 information is displayed as below. In this case, since the I-9 status is Section 1 signed, the page is showing completed activity of Section 1. The I-9 details are allowed to view, but the user cannot perform any action from here.
