If you are using the Test URL then set mode to "Test". If you are using the Production URL then set mode to "Production".

Navigation is Main Menu >Smart Solutions >E-Verify > Utilities > Set User Mode.

If you are using the Test URL choose Test. If you are using the Production URL choose Production.

Click Set Mode.
