Reports

Reports can be found here:

Smart Solutions → Segregation of Duties → Reports.

You can navigate to any of the Pages in this Menu and select a Report. Reports are separated into three areas: Setup (Abilities, Rules etc), Results (Conflicts between Abilities) and Mitigations.

In each report you will need to enter at least a Model. For validation reports you will need to enter a validation ID, the last one in the list is the latest Validation.

Model, Rule, Ability and Function type reports do not have a Validation ID and will have other criteria you can select within the parameters of the report.

Note that within the Reports and Dashboards there is the opportunity to export what you see on screen to a number of different file formats, including PDF, CSV and more. You also have options to add notes and send the report you are looking at via email.
