Feedback

All Smart Onboarding users can submit feedback on the application or onboarding process through this feature. Upon submission, the feedback details are sent to Smart ERP via email notification. This feature is enabled by default in the Organization Management setup for all organizations, but System Administrators can disable it for their organization if needed.

How to enable or disable the Feedback feature?

Users with System Administrator role can make changes to the Feedback feature in the Organization Management page.





In Organization Management, the Enable Feedback dropdown provides "Enable" and "Disable" options. By default this setting is enabled for all organizations.

If you wish to disable this option showing up on pages, select "Disable" in the Organization Management page in the Enable Feedback dropdown and save. This will remove Feedback on all the pages in the Organization.




Example when this option is disabled, the Feedback button will not show on the page.




How to access and provide feedback?

Feedback feature is available to users as a button on the right scroll bar of the page. Few examples are provided below:

To provide the feedback, click on the "Feedback" button to access the Feedback page. Enter the fields that are mandatory and attach file(files) if necessary. Click Submit.

Who can view Feedback? 

All Administrative Users and Business Users have a link in their left navigation to view the feedbacks provided by users. Click on the menu icon and scroll down to the Feedback section and select the "View Feedback" option.

Use search fields to search for a particular feedback or simply click on "Search" to view the complete list.




You will see the complete feedback list with details. Click on any Feedback ID / Date / Description.




This will open the corresponding Feedback details.
