What is Manage Profile?

Manage Profile page allows users to change their account information.

Who can access Manage Profile?

All users can access Manage Profile.


When can Manage Profile be accessed?

Manage Profile can be accessed at any time by the user.

How can you access Manage Profile?

There are two ways to access Manage Profile.  Either method can be used.

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the page on the navigation bar.  Select My Profile from the drop-down list.

     2. Click the Menu icon. Click Manage Profile under My Account.

How to change your user profile information?

Navigate to the My Profile page. The page displays the information that was entered on your invitation. The Preferred Email Address/Preferred Phone Number displaying on this page will be considered for verifying the contact information during user login authentication. 

The profile details displaying on this page such as name, email, phone, and address information can be modified any time as per the requirement.  

If your organization's Authentication Preferences has Two Factor authentication enabled, when you change your "Preferred Email Address" or "Preferred Phone Number" you will need to verify the new email address or the new Preferred Phone Number (only when Country Code of the Preferred Phone Number is equal to "001"). This updated Preferred Email Address/Preferred Phone Number will be used in verifying the user contact information during authentication step.




In case if the Country Code of the Preferred Phone Number is not equal to "001", you will not be asked to verify the phone number.




In this example, the Preferred Email Address is updated with a new email address. Click on "Send Verification Code" to verify the email.




A code will be sent to the updated email address.

Enter the verification code and click on "Verify". If the code is not received, click on "Resend Verification Code".




If the entered code is correct, the Preferred Email Address is successfully verified. Similarly, you can update and verify the Preferred Phone Number.




The updated Preferred Email Address/Preferred Phone Number will be considered in identity verification of the user during login authentication step. For more details, please click here.




Make other changes as needed. Add Home Address/Mailing Address if not entered. You can check the "Same as Home Address" checkbox if your Mailing Address is the same as your Home Address.

When your changes are complete, click on "Save".

The changes that have been made to your profile are sent to your preferred email as shown here.
