E-Verify Specialist

I-9 processing is performed by two roles:  I-9 Specialist and E-Verify Specialist. The I-9 Specialist is responsible for verifying the New Hire's information, while the E-Verify Specialist initiates the USCIS E-Verify process and completes it. These roles can be performed by separate users, or one user can be assigned both roles. The E-Verify Specialist role is only necessary when the E-Verify process applies, meaning the hiring legal entities (Company/Business Unit) are registered with E-Verify.
