Smart I-9 Batch Process

This process has two functions:

1. To close multiple Employee Authorized cases at one time, rather than having to close each of them manually.
2. To submit multiple Awaiting DHS Verification cases at one time, rather than having to submit each of them manually.

Navigate to the Smart I-9 Batch Process by clicking Smart E-Verify Configurator, and then clicking Smart I-9 Batch Process.

Close Cases

State Detail Lookup Icon

Click the State Detail lookup icon.

Close Case

Select Close Case.

Search

Click Search.

Select I-9 IDs to Close Case

All I-9 IDs with an Employee Authorized state are displayed.

Select the I-9 IDs that you want to close, then click Run Batch Process.

Process Runs in the Background

The batch process runs in the background. If you like, you can click Process Monitor to follow the status of the processing.

Click OK.

State Detail Lookup

Click the State Detail lookup icon.

Awaiting DHS Verification

Select Awaiting DHS Verification.

Search

Click Search.

Select I-9 IDs to Process and Run Batch Process

Select the I-9 IDs that you want to process. In this example, click Select All (bottom checkbox).

Click Run Batch Process.

Process Runs in the Background

The batch process runs in the background. If you like, you can click Process Monitor to follow the status of the processing.

Click OK.
