This console action can be used by the employers if the recorded employee's legal name need changes on the Form I-9. This option is available for a completed transaction only if the following conditions are met:

This action will redirect you to the Supplement B activity where you can input the updated name details of the employee. The name fields will appear blank, while others (document-related and rehire date fields) will be in display mode.

After termination of the current process, the transaction can have another additional I-9 process initiated through the I-9 Console or Keyword Search. The "Undo Last Filing" can also be performed through the Keyword Search Employee I-9 Life Cycle actions. For more details, please click here.
