I-9 Console actions?

The users who have access to Users with the I-9 Console (Specialist role can perform I-9 Specialists) can perform these Console actions.

What actions can you perform from the I-9 Console?

The primary purpose of the I-9 Console is to allow the administrator to search and access a specific I-9 ID.  The I-9 Specialist can also perform certain I-9 related actions from the I-9 Console.

audit report from the I-9 Console?

I-9 Audit Report audit report has several fields displayed showing the Form I-9 Form change history. This includes the business process against which the invitation is launched, I-9 participants in Section 1/Section 2 and Section 3, actions performed, Form I-9 data including the signatures and others.

There are two ways to access the I-9 Audit Reportaudit report.

1. Through  Using the Audit Report gadget on the I-9 Master page

Navigate to  Ithe I-9 Console  and and click on any any I-9 ID  link. The links will appear link. You'll see options to access the I-9 Summary, I-9 Master, and I-9 Audit. Click on Select the "I-9 Master" link. 

Click Click "Audit Report icon on the " icon at the bottom right bottom corner of the I-9 Master page.

2. Through  Using the 'Download Packet' button on the I-9 Summary page:

Navigate to  Ithe I-9 Console  and and click on any any I-9 ID  link. The links will appear link. You'll see options to access the I-9 Summary, I-9 Master, and I-9 Audit. Click on on I-9 Summary. 

Since the I-9 has an additional process initiated for the receipt update, you will see two invitations one for each process. You will not see this page if the I-9 ID has one invitation associated with it.Click on any Invitation ID 

Click the Invitation ID link to open the summary page for the corresponding process..

Click on the "Download Packet" on the top right corner of the page..

A zip file downloaded at the bottom of the page.When you open the zip, will be downloaded to your local computer. Open the zip file and you will notice two PDFs downloaded. Click on the I-9 Audit file.

The I-9 Audit Report opens for the chosen I-9 IDprocess.
