Smart E-Verify Dashboard

This is used to get an overview of your I-9 IDs, as well as to select and access specific I-9 IDs.

Navigate to the Smart I-9 Dashboard by clicking Smart E-Verify Configurator, and then clicking Smart I-9 Dashboard

The dashboard is divided into 3 sections:

The top left section shows a pie chart of the percentage of I-9 IDs that are in Initial state, and those that are in DHS state.

Initial state includes these Substates:

• Awaiting Section 2
• Awaiting Section 3
• Awaiting DHS Verification

DHS state includes these Substates:

• Additional Verification
• Case Closed
• Close Case
• Confirm Photo
• DHS Case in Continuance
• DHS Final Nonconfirmation
• DHS No Show
• DHS Referral
• DHS Reverify
• DHS Tentative Nonconfirmation
• Duplicate Close Case
• Employee Authorized
• Employee Duplicate Case
• E-Verify Completed
• Rehire Completed
• Reverify Completed
• SSA Final Nonconfirmation
• SSA No Show
• SSA Referral
• SSA Resubmit
• SSA Reverify
• SSA Tentative Nonconfirmation
• Unable to Process

The top right section shows a graph of I-9 Substates, indicating the number in each Substate.

The bottom section is a grid where many functions and selections of I-9 IDs are available. Initially, all I-9 IDs are included in the grid, and it is sorted by I-9 ID.

Click on any column heading to sort by that column.

Sort on Name

Click on Name.

Reverse Sort on Name

The I-9 IDs are sorted by the Name.

Click on Name again, to sort backwards by Name.

Select by City

You may also select I-9 IDs by typing a value, or partial value into one or more fields.

Type "Pleasanton" in the City field.

Select by Name

Only I-9 IDs that have a City of "Pleasanton" are shown.

Type "Cook" in the Name field.

Detail Grid Icons

You can click on the icons at the top of the I-9 Detail Grid to perform various functions, such as exporting the information to a spreadsheet or a document file, or printing the information.

You can access a specific I-9 by clicking on the I-9 ID.

Click on an I-9 ID. You are taken to the I-9 as if you accessed it from the E-Verify Console.
