Why do you need a Content Revision?
Content Revisions are used to make changes to the system content. For example, if you want to set up a Verification Vendor, you add or update Verification Vendor information in a Content Revision. The changes do not show in the onboarding process until the Content Revision is applied.
Administrative Users can control when changes are applied to the system and also define the date when these changes take effect.
What are the types of content?
The table below lists the different types of content that can be added or modified.

How many Content Revisions are allowed at a time?
You may have as many active Content Revisions at a time as you would like. This is to allow your organization to have multiple users entering or changing content at the same time with their own Content Revision.
There can be many Process Revisions in an Organization across business processes but can only have one active attribute revision at any given time.
