Initiate Section 2 Correction can be used if any changes are to be made in Section 2 after the process is complete. This action is available from I-9 Console only if I-9 has no receipts.

Note: It is very important to note that this process can be initiated if all the processes associated with the I-9 are all in Process Completed status.

Who can initiate Section 2 Correction?

Only I-9 Specialists can initiate Section 2 Correction.

How do you access 'Initiate Section 2 Correction'?

You can access 'Initiate Section 2 Correction' from I-9 Console actions.  

First, you need to identify the record with process completed and without receipts. For this, you need to navigate to Inivtation Console and check the business process status.

Navigate to I-9 Console via Quick links or through Menu available in the left navigation.

Select any completed process without receipts and click on Info and Actions.
