What is Smart Onboarding?

Smart Onboarding is a way to quickly and easily configure and deliver all activities needed to be completed when a new person is hired for an Organization.

  • Invite New Hires to Onboard, which sends an email
  • The New Hire creates an account in Smart Onboarding and proceeds through a set of online Activities that allow your organization to set them up in your HR and Payroll system
  • Business Users participate in Background Checking, I9/E-Verify and HR system review Activities
