The categories that the users can access in Keyword Search depends on their role type. For instance, the System Administrators are responsible for inviting and maintaining the users in their organization, and hence the categories available to them in Keyword Search is very much related to their duties. Similarly, the categories available to Business Users in Keyword Search allows them to administer and perform HR and I-9 related activities of a New Hire's onboarding process.
